Project Description
An elegant 17 story residential condominium located in the center of Midtown Manhattan. IM Pei designed fascade
constructed of hand-set, imported Italian stone façade with oversized windows. Innovative design also included
custom 1/4" aluminum-plate canopy, and jumbo lite feature wall in rear lobby overlooking courtyard fountain.
