Project Description

This distinctive blue and metallic building was originally conceived as a masonry and punch-window installation, but AIC worked tirelessly with the design team to create a unique curtainwall façade, which twists and turns around the permimter of the building to meet the building's geometry which parallels Queens Boulevard below. 17 Stories of Unitized Curtainwall, with large awning style windows and a podium wrapped with Metal Panels. AIC also completed the specialty facade for the buildings retail tenant, CVS, including a custom colored sign band.
