Project Description

A long time in the making, this 72 story, 950-ft. tall mixed use tower adjacent the famed Woolworth Building featured a Robert A. M. Stern designed precast and limestone facade with an array of 2,100 punched, multi-floor and monumental windows and louvers totaling over 110,000 sq.ft.. Faced with unique engineering and logistical obstacles, proprietary thermal enhancements and custom exterior access & rigging solutions were utilized. Thanks to the dedication of all stakeholders, material deliveries began within 20 weeks from initial shop drawing submission!
